Neurodiverse mother, daughter, sister and friend. It is my great honor to provide safe and sacred space for healing through conscious connection and bodywork. My passion is aligned with those on a mission to empower people and get self care tools and healing back into their hands. I offer Polarity Therapy, Craniosacral Therapy, Embodyment Therapy and am currently deepening my studies and practices in Stephanie Mines’ TARA Approach, and Stella Osorojos Eisenstein’s Resonant Attention.
