11:08:41 From Kat Haber to Everyone:

President Zelensky at Davos: ::https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G_Geur-82yo::.   35 mins, Mrs. Zelensky’s above is 12 minutes

11:08:55 From Shannon McArthur to Everyone:

Thanks, Raji! Good to breathe with you!

11:09:10 From Georg Boch to Everyone:

   Apologies for the mishap folks!

11:09:29 From Kathryn Alexander, MA to Everyone:

   Thanks Kat!

11:09:43 From Aida Merriweather to Everyone:

Thank you for not skipping the breathing together.  A challenge well met in a healing way!

11:11:16 From Kurt Krueger, PeaceMakers Circles/Network to Everyone:

   TY Kat.

11:11:41 From Stan Pokras to Everyone:

Women live longer because they are nicer than men. And they don’t tend to knock each other off!

11:11:42 From Amy Blumenshine to Everyone:

Important to realize that many of the mass shootings are also suicidal.   And,  that by sending out the women and children of Ukraine, many men are left without oxytocin triggers that invoke compassion and morality as well as family bonding.

11:13:11 From Kathryn Alexander, MA to Everyone:

   Brilliant, Amy

11:13:15 From Amy Blumenshine to Everyone:

And the current Ukraine government requirement that every man must kill shows the predominant expectation that men are raised to be soldiers, to take orders from higher authority even to the point of taking life.

11:13:48 From Amy Blumenshine to Everyone:

   Yes, the oxytocin trigger!

11:14:45 From Connie Baxter Marlow to Everyone:

Great quote! We are dealing with the armored male heart. Their hearts are very tender and have been wounded by our childrearing practices and expectations of them as “breadwinner,” protector - not the nurturer and lover of life and women and children.

11:15:13 From Connie Baxter Marlow to Everyone:

Can someone put that quote in the chat?

11:15:25 From Aida Merriweather to Everyone:

When I heard Jed say. “Men are violent because their souls have been violated’” that felt true of my father

11:15:38 From Jim Garrison to Everyone:

Men are violent because their souls have been violated.

11:16:53 From Amy Blumenshine to Everyone:

Wow!  I’d never thought of what happened to the puppy dogs!

11:17:27 From Shannon McArthur to Everyone:

   Me neither, Amy.

11:18:14 From Connie Baxter Marlow to Everyone:

This is wonderful, healing and heart-opening for all - getting to “root cause” of what we are dealing with in this “patriarchy.”

11:18:19 From Stan Pokras to Everyone:

All animals have some level of a need to reproduce. But for men that need is not as easily fulfilled as may be desired.

11:21:56 From Kurt Krueger, PeaceMakers Circles/Network to Everyone:

A friend who introduced me to my second wife, his first, just took his life this month… 🙁 Let’s create a society that CARES and HELPS others…

11:23:23 From Kurt Krueger, PeaceMakers Circles/Network to Everyone:

PARENTING is awesomely effective in opening our hearts and expanding them. Read and apply: Nurturing with Love and Wisdom, Disciplining with Peace and Respect: Mindful Parenting, by Diane Tillman. Have the Living Values practices taught is schools… For 2 minutes listen to this: ::https://youtu.be/A7VQHNd_MKE::

Developing and applying quality values is vitally important for all levels of society.

11:23:35 From Connie Baxter Marlow to Everyone:

In raising my son, I too wanted to raise a true male human - and I let him follow his heart and drop out of first grade,  knowing he came with a gift and that the Loving Universe would bring him every experience he would need to become that gift. He is The Trust Frequency poster child. Now 36 and a very successful photographer in LA - with recent covers of People Magazine and The Hollywood Reporter.

11:23:37 From Shannon McArthur to Everyone:

I’m so sorry to hear that, Kurt. Blessing his soul.

11:24:12 From Art Mitchell to Everyone:

“Learning to wear a mask (that word already embedded in the term “masculinity”) is the first lesson in patriarchal masculinity that a boy learns. He learns that his core feelings cannot be expressed if they do not conform to the acceptable behaviors sexism defines as male. Asked to give up the true self in order to realize the patriarchal ideal, boys learn self-betrayal early and are rewarded for these acts of soul murder.” ― bell hooks, The Will to Change: Men, Masculinity, and Love

11:24:17 From Shannon McArthur to Everyone:

   Congratulations, Connie. That’s wonderful!

11:24:37 From Stan Pokras to Everyone:

Men can improve their chance to reproduce by taking another man’s woman… sometimes by force.

11:24:59 From Kurt Krueger, PeaceMakers Circles/Network to Everyone:

Model Tov, Connie. Always bringing more freedom of expression to life.

11:25:05 From Shannon McArthur to Everyone:

   Thanks, Art. Good quote.

11:25:48 From Candy Leonard to Everyone:

Must have been challenging to be so prolific while raising six children

11:27:32 From Connie Baxter Marlow to Everyone:

   Check out ::https://Instagram.com/JonnyMarlow::

11:29:16 From Art Mitchell to Everyone:

Another quote from bell hooks: “We need to highlight the role women play in perpetuating and sustaining patriarchal culture so that we will recognize patriarchy as a system women and men support equally, even if men receive more rewards from that system. Dismantling and changing patriarchal culture is work that men and women must do together.” ― bell hooks, The Will to Change: Men, Masculinity, and Love

11:29:18 From Paul Hillery to Host and Panelists:

Dr. Helen Caldicott, MD, (read her book: IF YOU LOVE THIS PLANET - A Plan to Heal the Earth), but she had to come to peace with it.  while visiting the UN, told me about her husband who was fooling around with other women, but she had to come to peace with it. She said that men can go around and impregnate a half dozen women per day. but women have periods, hold a baby inside for 9 months and are just genetically built differently.

11:29:25 From Len Robinson to Everyone:

Women nicer than men, hiefer dust!  take off teh blinders...

11:29:30 From Amy Blumenshine to Everyone:

Great bell hooks quote.  There’s been intentionality in promoting roles for men that are back-breaking and dangerous as well as soul murder.  Think of the lonely cowboy, the lonely frontiersman, the lonely solder, etc — occupations that are essentially suicidal.

11:30:10 From Connie Baxter Marlow to Everyone:

I swooped and darted the educational system with all my children - 2 girls, 1 boy to keep their spirits alive. Spent a lot of time with Native Americans - Ute, Hopi, Maya, Tarahumara, Wabanaki - and with Mexican families.

11:30:38 From Art Mitchell to Everyone:

@Amy - highest suicide rate per capita in the US is Wyoming - mostly men and suicide by gun

11:30:39 From Stan Pokras to Paul Hillery, Host and Panelists:

Please set the “To” button to “Everyone”

11:30:49 From Amy Blumenshine to Everyone:

I’m saying that the powers-that-be supported glamorizing occupations that exploited men in general while maintaining the class structure.

11:32:36 From Andrew Bailey to Everyone:

I was a male “feminist” in Downtown NYC in the early 70s. I learned a lot from my radical sisters. Throughout the 90S i was part of two men’s groups in New York. Both of those experiences were very beneficial, yet I am still at a loss as to how to end rape, war and other manifestations of violence. Our next film will address this, among other topics critical to the future of humanity.

11:33:51 From Kat Haber to Everyone:

   How about equal rewards?

11:34:35 From MARIA PATRICIA PRADO to Everyone:

great points being brought forward. Would like to hear also of what is the origem of this patriarcal culture...and where did the pain start,

11:35:26 From Connie Baxter Marlow to Everyone:

Yes! Let’s love on our men, nurture their hearts and allow them to be their soft, tender beingness. So Important. I have been standing by to champion the male heart when the time is right. This perspective is so very important! Thank you Jim for bringing Jed into this process you are leading.

11:35:34 From Kat Haber to Everyone:

Riane Eisler is amazing in her call for equality in partnerships.

11:37:24 From Kat Haber to Everyone:

In raising my son, I noticed girls began self-separating in middle school years. Girls has groups to consistently gather with. Boys only had sports teams that celebrated winning and being tough to be the prevailing winner. Feelings were sidelined by coaches.

11:38:05 From Kathryn Alexander, MA to Everyone:

Interesting that nurturing Earth did not seem to occur to folks. I wonder if the deforestation that happened was a prior cause?

11:38:25 From Paul Hillery to Everyone:

Men are genetically programmed to procreate as much as possible, women to have children, hold them for 9 months and spend time nurturing them. Sounds like spoof, but is a truth.

11:38:30 From Andrew Bailey to Everyone:

Riane attributes the change to male dominance to invading Iron Age Kurgan warriors from the Far East

11:38:36 From Mary Thorp_WV to Everyone:

This system fits together like the front/back of a hand or like a hand & glove.

11:39:14 From Candy Leonard to Everyone:

Please consider the implications of calling it a moonshit

11:39:19 From Candy Leonard to Everyone:

   moonshot

11:40:31 From Kathryn Alexander, MA to Everyone:

I’d think baby raising practices would be more influential. There was a UN study on that many years ago.

11:40:35 From Connie Baxter Marlow to Everyone:

Re low vibration behaviors and systems: The Earth has been in a lower frequency vibratory field which all people, all races had responded to and it has been our job as humanity to transmute the energies of fear, separation and scarcity. We’ve done a great job through our very messy, nasty history to move now into the higher vibration Earth is in now and conversations like this are an important part of the healing and proceeding on the evolutionary upward spiral to Peace on Earth.

11:41:28 From Kat Haber to Everyone:

Dr. Bob Cook gave an interesting presentation on sports psychology He suggested these 6 tips for coaching for selfless Exceptionalism. 1. Embrace pressure 2. Be ready for the moment. 3. Paint a masterpiece-see the end results, feel it, sign it. 4. Practice for the emergency, have a plan 5. Trust, believe you can. And have people who believe in you surround you. Believe in yourself. What do you say to yourself everyday in the mirror? 6. Persevere

11:42:09 From Kat Haber to Everyone:

375,000 annually men would survive if we escaped the domination culture…dealt with childhood wounds, more than curing cancer!

11:42:31 From Kurt Krueger, PeaceMakers Circles/Network to Everyone:

The Positive Coaching Alliance, out of Stanford U is a good force in change.

11:42:51 From Anahata Pomeroy to Everyone:

During the talk with V I felt that an attitude of men is an historical role of being owner.  Men owned women and all of what was in the household.  It’s a reason that they don’t feel the need to apologize

11:43:32 From Andrew Bailey to Everyone:

A big factor is that men are generally exposed to more stress and environmental issues than women. And we have to live with the suppressed collective guilt of male behavior over the centuries.

11:45:35 From Kat Haber to Everyone:

@Candy haha I like the moonshit first…let’s do an EARTHCare right here for all genders, beyond men, women, TEDxVailYouthspeakers each year have a gender based submission-trans, bi…the entire gender spectrum. Far more fluid than my childhood 50 years ago.

11:47:08 From Jennifer Carter to Everyone:

Life is how we RESOND to it. Gratitude, for example vs greed....kindness vs cynicism..We are all wounded...

11:47:13 From Kathryn Alexander, MA to Everyone:

WE won’t heal the Earth until we heal the gender divide.

11:47:44 From Amy Blumenshine to Everyone:

As forEarthCare, recall that the lumbering, slaughter of the buffalo, mining, usually done by men separated form women.

11:47:46 From Kurt Krueger, PeaceMakers Circles/Network to Everyone:

11:48:12 From Shannon McArthur to Everyone:

I love the idea of crafting this healing together

11:48:53 From Candy Leonard to Everyone:

“Moonshot” has connotations of aggression and conquer.

11:48:57 From Mary Thorp_WV to Everyone:

   Stop going to war!

   Stop fighting!

   Stop competing!

11:49:03 From Rita Marsh to Everyone:

The goal of increasing the number of years lived with good quality of life is a sensible "moon shot."

11:49:35 From Connie Baxter Marlow to Everyone:

Don’t forget all the wonderful, spiritual insights men have brought to the world! Please!!!!

11:50:10 From Kurt Krueger, PeaceMakers Circles/Network to Everyone:

All the world scriptures were written by men during  Kali Yuga ~ described in India as the darkest and most troublesome times of the Four Great Yugas ~ each thousands of years long. According to tradition, the next Yuga is Satya, the most peaceful, pure time of the Yugas. Where Peace IN Everything, Everything WITH Peace permeates life on Gaia.

What is your rendition of a scripture that would be adhered to bring us into the coming Satya Yuga? Would there be more than one? This is something that will allow us to be the architects of the future, not its victims,” as Buckminster Fuller wrote. What say you?

11:51:31 From Kat Haber to Everyone:

Eating & Shopping are not healthy responses to the massive global cries now. CONSUMPTION IS NOT AN ANSWER. THIS IS A STUFFING OF REALITY. WE REQUIRE BEING MORE AWARE>ALERT>AT PEACE WITH OURSELVES.

11:51:37 From Katherine Augustine to Everyone:

   Yes to the Peace Movement...

11:51:42 From Mary Thorp_WV to Everyone:

If landing on the moon by “x” was the goal of the “moonshot,

What is it we are “shooting” for?

I’m already not enrolled just from this sentence: more shooting. Ugh!

11:52:39 From Mary Thorp_WV to Everyone:

So far, I’d like something I can stand “for” & get along “with”.

11:52:50 From Kurt Krueger, PeaceMakers Circles/Network to Everyone:

CREATING VIRTUES and PREVENTING VIOLENCE. This program, ::http://LivingValues.net:: has over 90% reduction in violence in a Thai Refugee Camp within 2 years! The woman who developed it then went to Johannesburg, RSA and designed a program for street people - similar results!

It’s free, the Living Values Education Program: The first two Values instructed are LOVE and PEACE.  All the other Values are generated from these. Thus affecting ALL life on our planet in every day.

11:52:54 From astridstahlberg to Everyone:

Peace is the answer to the world’s problem…

11:52:54 From Stan Pokras to Everyone:

One definition of war might be “Kill the men, Impregnate the women”…

11:53:15 From Connie Baxter Marlow to Everyone:

I did my best to change the educational system in Aspen, Colorado where I birthed and raised my children that wounds all hearts and spirits. I brought in Native American elders and visionaries and developed “The Aspen Model” ::https://thetrustfrequency.net/the-aspen-model/::

11:53:18 From Len Robinson to Everyone:

I have worked with men for 25+ years and one of the issues has been the wounding of men by women and the distrust that must be overcome before they can heal and grow in their lives. I used to keep my group "open" to any man, then a few years back it was obvious that due to individual differences that differences within males was keeping teh work at a low level, so the group was clossed and teh work level went way deeper and was more effective.

11:53:43 From Kat Haber to Everyone:

@Mary this is designed by a man for men. I was in the military and did choose out. As a Brownie Girl Scout I helped many WWII on an annual boat trip on Lake Geneva. I heard stories from many broken men. I recalled this in choosing my own life path.

11:54:50 From Mary Thorp_WV to Everyone:

   @Kat, ok

11:55:47 From Mary Thorp_WV to Everyone:

Too bad this is leaving out the power source of women. Already flawed.

11:55:53 From Connie Baxter Marlow to Everyone:

I’ve always felt that the little boys who fall in love so deeply with the little girls who ultimately trash that love armor their hearts from that moment on.

11:58:40 From Mary Thorp_WV to Everyone:

Wow, that’s a great visual he just gave about male humans are that tiny difference from chimpanzees, same differences between men & women.

11:58:55 From Connie Baxter Marlow to Everyone:

I have a tremendous resonance to the tender male heart and am so very happy to witness the vibratory level of this perspective expressed by this lovely man!

11:59:10 From Shannon McArthur to Everyone:

   One wonders Y

11:59:20 From Kathy Sanchez to Everyone:

This was great, thank you. I need to log off for a meeting. Take care.

11:59:33 From Shannon McArthur to Everyone:

   Thanks, Kathy… More on Monday!

11:59:33 From Aida Merriweather to Everyone:

I recently watched “8 Days: To the Moon and Back.” I found it inspiring to watch the collaboration and focus. So I am listening to this discussion with that experience in mind.

11:59:36 From Stan Pokras to Everyone:

Ashley Montagu, anthropologist at Princeton in 1959, wrote The Natural Superiority of Women so men would know who they were dealing with. Men were instead threatened by the info.

12:01:24 From Katherine Augustine to Everyone:

Wow this is interesting and I didn’t realize the 1.5%!

12:02:02 From Connie Baxter Marlow to Everyone:

It seems that men are very confused by the women in their lives - especially due to women’s monthly cycles and resulting behavior changes. They shrug their shoulders and say “Yes, dear” in many circumstances.

12:02:11 From Kathryn Alexander, MA to Everyone:

Connie, yes, women need to recognize their importance to men and not abuse it!

12:02:27 From Kat Haber to Everyone:

@Mary How might the billions being spent on space moonshots by billionaires in the race for space be more useful in this moment for survival on Earth as it changes so rapidly? Our resilience is largely due to our flexibility & intelligence as a specie. Daily species blink out in the 6th mass extinction. If our men die sooner, live sicker, does this make our world better? Relationships, depression, @Jed, thank you for focusing on men’s healing. Colorado’s Governor last night in his State of the State has a vision by 2026-Colorado’s 250th year and USA’s 250th year-to be safer, far fewer carjacking, less violence in homes.

12:02:36 From Kathy Sanchez to Everyone:

Thank you Kahty for sending me this zoom invite.

12:02:56 From Mary Thorp_WV to Everyone:

People have been saying for many yrs all the medical research has been focused on male, leaving out the whole realm of female.

12:02:56 From Connie Baxter Marlow to Everyone:

Yes, Jim - women are not the weaker sex, men are!! Yes Jeb - great response!!

12:04:09 From Katherine Augustine to Everyone:

12:04:13 From Connie Baxter Marlow to Everyone:

If women understand the power we have in the male being - all they want is our love, honor, respect, acceptance.

12:04:41 From Mary Thorp_WV to Everyone:

12:10:06 From Michelle Massi to Host and Panelists:

I have mixed feelings here, because i do believe that parenting needs to improved vastly in order to bring this about. If there is a lot of violence in the home  this is a huge issue and  since  we do not seem to be Social Artists in this realm while we are in other realms then we really need to  have a formula for not punishing and for teaching both boys and girls to reframe their behavior rather than punish it what is the point of hitting or yelling or  sending them to their room if you never address the issue how to heal the rift by exploring what you might have said or done instead. When raising my two sons I developed  “ Hammock time and when they broke a safety rule, the only rule I hd ( covered most ground ) then they went to the hammock and  thought about a better solution than explosive anger. They became experts at problem solving and using language. I just loathed the idea of the usual time outs because nothing was achieved by that kind of inane idea.  The dialogue after creates well being,.

12:10:09 From Kat Haber to Everyone:

@Connie good for you for being a path for them to feel heard & understood!

12:10:17 From Connie Baxter Marlow to Everyone:

The key is the balance of the masculine and feminine in all people. Nurturing the feminine in the male human, and the masculine in the female human. I am more balanced to my masculine, Andrew to his feminine.

12:10:25 From Shannon McArthur to Everyone:

12:10:49 From Len Robinson to Everyone:
