I'm wanting to read some more about how the Really Big reconstructions have been financed in the past - like the Marshall Plan for the WW2 rebuilding, etc.
I'm trying to envision these HUGE reconstructions we will be facing - & how to visualize our best, better, best outcomes in which we will be participating.
