Explanation
Incubation involved entering a dark space, like a cave, and remaining still for days.
The practitioner would achieve a state of sensory deprivation and consciousness that was considered divine.
In this state, the practitioner would receive knowledge, laws, and answers to questions.
Upon returning to consciousness, the practitioner would be able to heal themselves and others.
