I am an independent researcher with multiple affiliations, currently focusing on models of consciousness, free will (or mechanisms of agency), psychedelics, artificial life, and AI (and human) alignment protocols. In addition to ongoing work with the Institute for Advanced Consciousness Studies, I am about to start a position with Michael Levin at the Allen Discovery Center at Tufts University, to work on this project: Adam Safron - Call for Submissions.
