The MediSounds system uses the power of our own voices to create vocal vibrations based entirely on vowel sounds. The vibrations are emitted with intention and are directed to specific energy fields arrayed on the body. These energy fields, these emanations, are described in the mystical teaching of the Kabbalah. The result is easy access to a meditative state. Not only do these practices quiet our mind, they also connect us to higher abundant and sustaining realities. From this place of vibratory connection we can open the possibility of telepathic communication with non-corporeal beings and non-human beings.
Buried deep in Kabbalistic literature is a description of how to apply vowel sounds to specific emanations that constitute our being, and use them as a roadmap to awakening. These sounds are their own language, and when generated by our voices, which are gifted with consciousness, we can connect with the universal vibration; we can then feel the abundant support of the universe, be reminded of who we are at our essence and gain meaning and strength to transcend our identity and solve some of the practical difficulties of the everyday.
Shulamit Elson is a spiritual teacher, sacred sound practitioner, writer and mentor whose work has taken her throughout North America, Europe, Asia and Israel. Through her study of ancient teachings and her personal practice, Shulamit has found that the human voice has great power—not only for swaying opinions or expressing love, but also for activating the deepest consciousness of the soul. Shulamit was raised in a strict religious community which she left behind early. She earned a master’s degree from New York University and specialized in business consulting and investment banking for firms such as Sandoz Inc. and Hill & Knowlton. As president of her own consulting firm, Shulamit also advised on communication and organizational development for brands such as Ford Motor Company and Nabisco.
