@Bob Hayes the telepathic messages that I get include visual representations that I relate to in some way, I have been on space ships among varying ET races , like conferences on big ships.  I’ve  been on medical beds, healing on them.  To the best of my knowledge, the benevolent ETs that communicate with me have a very clear and clean and positive wavelength.  Then I am willing to receive a message.  And the malevolent ETs tend to have a more intense emotional vibration.  Kind of like manipulators.  Pushy.  The less emotional vibrational messages seem really clear, and full of hope and encouragement.  Is this helpful ?
