Ibogaine is the extract from the Iboga. You can use either. It is legal in all countries except for 5, and US is one of those where it is illegal. It is legal in Canada and Mexico. You can have the Iboga bark or the Ibogaine mailed to Canada. It is recommended to do it in a retreat atmosphere where prepared for days and then taken care of for the whole experience.
