There also seems to be the understanding that we are all working on something greater than what any one of us can create on our own as well as coming to the practice with your own foundational skills that can be practically applied to the art.

Some criteria I have used for pre- and post surveys with clients. Might be useful as fodder for thinking about collective intelligence:

Some of us are big on such tools; I'm a wiki person going way back, which is sort of the same thing. I like a thing called Stroll (based on TiddlyWiki) and Obsidian; and I've got a project called Massive Wiki, which is a vision that we could use shared, versioned markdown files to make centralized and decentralized wikis with other people. (A little like Federated Wiki, but different, too.)
