Cities Rising Week Day Pages

• The template {{subst:S-HRDayCityWeek}}, has all the presenters, all the categories, and a new Table with Breakout Rooms.
• Oh! And all internal links for navigation and goto top/bottom!
• Tables can easily be edited in EDIT, including add/remove/edit rows and Columns.

Fix Day Pages Later

• Fix all external links to be internal links (Top, Navigation)
• Tables - Video Table - fix end (column pipe, end code of tables)
• Tables - Presenters Table, resources, urls, org, etc
• Add image file - Zoom Pictures - Stan's new computer does a nice job

New work on pages for Days 61 onwards

This process makes use of a new Template {{subst:S-HRDay61}}

This process makes use of a revised Template {{subst:S-HRDay61srp}}

• Humanity Rising "Day" pages are named HR!Day###
• Making a new Day Page from the List of Humanity Rising Day Pages

1. Tripple click in the margin of a Red day to select the entire line
2. Copy that entire line of page title
3. Click on the Red day title to open it as a new page with the page name HR!Day###
4. Paste the page name and title for use in the Day Page "Title"
5. Save and enter Edit Source
6. Use a replace tool to substitute the day number ### for 000

Creating Day Pages 0-60

• To save time, I created a S-HRDay60 Template here that simplifies the Table for No Chats yet.
• We also don't really need the BackTo table at the top.
• We do need a 10 day page for :
  • Presenters
  • Date
  • YT Video url
  • Ubiquity url (from this get Description and Presenter's organizations/descriptions)

Steps - Julie Version - See Stan's Below:

For HRDays 0-60
1. Copy topic and click red link from list page.
2. Paste Topic (on new page).
3. Add (subst:S-HRDay60) in double Squigglies.
4. Save and open 10 Day Page from bottom: Copy link of Video to paste.
5. Change number on Ubiquity link on new page.
6. In Table paste links to Video and Ubiquity link
7. Fix Title
8. Get Description, Presenters and Category (from Ubiquity site)
9. Fix Date (from either 10 page or Week page)
10. Edit (Source) and search for all the 000 to change Day #
11. Get Presenters in table(s)
12. Save and test links.

Days 158 and back

1. Copy Table from Week Pgs (replace Video-Chat Table)
2. Chat links will need to be changed, else list below if chat pages is not made
3. Can use either {{subst:S-HRDay60}} or {{subst:S-HRDay}}
4. All Other Steps apply: Topic, Description, Date, Replace 000, Presenters in Tables, Category (from Ubiquity site)

Other Notes to Each Other

• I replaced the 6 in the subst:S-HRDay60 template with 000 so that further use of that template will show 000 where a day number needs to be placed (Stan)
  • I think I figured out what you mean - did you replace the number 6 in the ubiquity link (Resources) to 000? (Julie)
• Days 12 to 20 have been created and the day numbers 000 replaced (Stan)
• Days 12 to 20 the Topic has been entered in = (Topic) = (Stan)
• Days 12 to 20 The Ubiquity "Resource" link has been set to two digits and the more recent link wording (Stan)
• Days 12 to 20 The video link has been established (and tested) to show the HR episode (Stan)
• Added a screen shot of the presenters to HR!Day004 - Courage And Compassion In Collaboration: Creating Resilient, Creative And Diverse Circles Of Change

Stan's Method (so far... It's still being experimented on)

• Copy a day and then click to create it and paste the day into the new page
• Find the Template subst:S-HRDay60 and past it, then save
• Copy the topic into place
• In source mode, replace the 000's with the day number
• Get the Ubiverse (Ubiquity) link from the 10 per page listings And paste it into place
• Get the YouTube link for the day's Video from the 10 per page listings And paste it into place in "Today's HR Video Recording"
• Get the Session description from the Ubiverse page and paste it into place.
• Get the presenter's names and find a way to paste them into the presenter boxes.
• Delete the unused Presenter tables.
• Leave the Date and Day of the Week for a next stage where bunches of pages can be done one after the other.
