Remember Dr. David Hawkins work. Look up the Loving Kindness Meditation by His Holiness the Dalai Lama and use that multiple times a day. It is powerful!

Climate, homelessness, health, poverty, hunger, security? For the 5th year in a row the 1.2 million Rotarian community leaders have about 40% of whom want the 9 nuclear nations to take a stand on a nuclear free world. With a threshold of 50% before Rotary International takes a global stand. Alaska hosts a F35 fighter base.  May we find inner peace the best defense to fear.
