Climate restoration is a 3-legged stool! 1. Emissions reduction. 2. GHG removal. 3. Direct cooling by solar radiation management. Without all three, the stool falls over. The only strategy that will work swiftly enough is 3.
11:47:37 From Marcel de Berg to Everyone:
the paradigm shift is most likely one of the crucial challenges! That's way we are focusing on the minimizing regret option and showing the world that we can create a free climate insurance and focusing on policy makers and institutional investors :-)

There is always a “best place” to produce something. Your argument, having identified the natural advantages and why necessary productions is not moved to a place that is less than optimal. Good job.

12:05:56 From Kristine Nevitt to Everyone:
With our hands building soil it is so hard to show up everywhere else. I am advocating for less documenting and reporting for all of our families, as each is trying to find a fit purpose for living on the cusp of critical habitat. Do you see regulation as an obstacle even for environmental stewards?

These are all wonderful and relevant projects. However, it would take many decades for the necessary scale of climate effect to occur. I love trees but trees take a long time to grow and they burn etc etc. It’s time to pull out all the stops. We need to immediately increase the albedo of the planet in a harmless, controllable manner. This is entirely possible but faces prejudicial opposition from the anti-geoengineering bloc. However, humans have been geoengineering the planet since the start of the Industrial Revolution. Unintentionally. We can intentionally reverse-geoengineer the planet by simply reflecting heat safely back into space.

What happens when we focus on what we want?
We know the history and how horrible people and our planet HAVE been treated.
We are living NOW, and can create a new reality when we focus upon it. When we keep the focus on what we want, we can get it. The unwanted then gets to wither up and turn into compost for growing more Love and Helpfulness.
Where our attention goes, energy flows.
When we want virtues and values to be expressed by others, how do people learn these? DO our schools educate for quality character? Does our society have a 200 year old Education, Medical, Economic and Prison system creating good for all? What can replace it? Why don’t we focus on creating Peace IN Everything, Everything WITH Peace. What happens when we realize that war is never the answer.
Research shows that when the least of us is uplifted/educated/healed, it VASTLY improves all others.

To be fully effective, this gets to be done periodically through the day, until well practiced to work. Here’s a 15 minute video describing PeaceMaker Meditation. <nowiki>https://youtu.be/vv1VxDv80wo</nowiki> Peace IN Everything, Everything WITH Peace. will reverberate throughout your day… making it the focus and bringing more peace to you and ‘others.’
A few scientifically proven benefits that meditation also gives: stress/trauma reduction, improved performance in sports and elsewhere, increased mental and physical health.

Good job.
My son is part of his new family and seems radicalized by something. He is forced to hate me because I am not completely Vegan. Judgement of others is wasted breath. We are all having to work to demonstrate these values better.

With our hands building soil it is so hard to show up everywhere else.

12:25:58 From Kurt Krueger, PeaceMakers Circles/Network to Everyone:

You may enjoy this inspirational video about our future, A Gathering of the Tribe, A 9 minute story by Charles Eisenstein. https://youtu.be/XinVOpdcbVc. I’d love your feedback on this mythological story.
Some people are attracted to this kind of self-reflection for each day to make it better, https://www.iamkindman.com, An app for making people Kinder and perceptive of such in one’s life. It’s not fully an app yet currently works through the website.

A vaccine that anyone can take to cure humans inhumanity to others ~
To be fully effective, this gets to be done periodically through the day, until well practiced to work. Here’s a 15 minute video describing PeaceMaker Meditation. https://youtu.be/vv1VxDv80wo Peace IN Everything, Everything WITH Peace. will reverberate throughout your day… making it the focus and bringing more peace to you and ‘others.’
A few scientifically proven benefits that meditation also gives: stress/trauma reduction, improved performance in sports and elsewhere, increased mental and physical health.
When I was teaching at Stockholm University in 1984, I gave a special program for the Swedish Prison Wardens and Priests on Using Meditation for Rehabilitation ~ It Changes People Inside so When They Go Outside, They’re Different. ˆThey’re recidivism rate is about 20%, ours 80%. They now use more rehabilitation practices.
