   Driving on a highway and I got into a spin, It scared the hell out of me. Could hardly breath and I knew I was at existential risk because it was a very busy road. As it was very slippery road, I knew by heart I couldn't solve it. So I let my hands of the steering wheel and trusted in surrendering to the arms of the beloved. I felt all my beloveds that already passed away.   I was driving in the 5th line and I ended at the lane for broken vehicles turned 180 degrees. What I hadn't realised was that the driver behind me saw my needs and guarded me to that lane. Car total loss.

   What breaks my heart again, again and again is the hurt of (neglegted) children.  The pain that is caused by war in homes and countries. Again children are the victims. Cause they don't feel home, loved, welcome. Unjustice that scarce them for life. The hurt of my children who had to go through the divorce from their parents.

   A very nice proces... When I connect with others on a deeper level a feel excitement, livelyhood. It feels like being welcomed. My body feels full of energy to share. I see happiness, dance, swirling with joy and laughter under a beautifull Sunshine at the beach. Kids and dogs are around playing with joy as well. At the moment of being invited I feel inviting others, making it a big joyfull, loving family of exquisite people.   

   What breaks my heart again and again is people hurting each other, blaming, shaming, forming groups to destroy or diminish the light of others. The unjustice, the lies and the manipulations used to win whatever is what needs to be won at the expence of others.   

   Not yet sure where that will bring me, but thank you so much

   I also am touched by global refugees, and I had not felt like I belonged for most of my life... I'm being invited to step into my unique power and unique radiance

   Beautiful process, Claire. Thank you. I got to reconnect with the rich experience I have when I lead embodied retreats. And my heart breaks when I read the news. This week, as I contemplate the horrors that are happening to the people of Afghanistan, particularly the girls and women. The nexus between the two is in the deep realization that only when humanity evolves our capacity to love will these horrors end
