I am a vibrant intuitive creative spirit, a spiritual healer, leader and coach, a mom, a daughter and an aunt (and thankfully not yet a grandmother!). I am an evolutionary thinker and a volunteer with Pachamama Alliance (pachamama.org). I am a lover of mountains, oceans, reading, learning, music and dance, organic food, movement, meditation, mastery, and magical moments. Flexibility is my middle name. I am a pro-activist, a spiritualist, an interviewer, a writer, a listener, a public speaker, a facilitator, and dreamer. I continuously seek more knowledge, experiences, and opportunities to connect with others that we may all embrace the experience of evolving - which happens faster together. I am the founder of createYES, Your Essential Self, an experiential process of deciding to live your best life now. I am a believer in many things, especially that everything is energy, energy is light, light is love, so everything is love.
