01:24:47 Bryan Simpkins: My crappy description of the gateway experience for @Stanley Pokras: The gateway experience is a set of audio experiences you want headphones of some kind to experience, as they start initially with a different sound played in each ear. Your brain catches the difference between the tones, and this does something special. There are other technologies involved, included some brain wave mapping and affirmations. I'll summarize: it seems to produce weird psychic awakenings in people, and it seems to help specfically with producing out of body / projection experiences in humans. Nobody is really sure why. The Monroe Institute was made by Bob Monroe before he died, and he was very interested in this sort of thing, as he was having spontaneous OBE (Out of Body Experiences) and tasked his company to look into it for him, which gradually became the Monroe Institute. They're still around, and you can take classes, but you can also just try out the gateway experience yourself.
