   @Marilyn - good question. My assumption is that unless we are able to somehow move 10 times as much money, then the other side will keep parity with us in their organizing. The other side as good or better than us as organizers and communicators. So demographics is the exogenous variable.

This responsiveness shall facilitate the public to organize around issues. Campaigns need to be deeply involved in the community organizing process rather than just being fund raising mechanisms.
