Few among us dispute the fact that the landscape of relationships between men and others, and most particularly between men and the women who are partners, colleagues, collaborators and companions on this life journey remains often confusing, conflicted and troubled.  At this time, many who call ourselves men continue to cling tenaciously to advancing the rule of the patriarchy that has dominated the history of humanity for thousands of years, while women continue to struggle to find true purchase, equality and the opportunity to contribute in meaningful and much needed ways to the well-being of our species and our planet.  And although this quest by women has gained momentum since the early 20th Century and picked up even greater momentum since the dawning of The Feminine Revolution, and although a growing number of men are becoming more aware of the need to change some beliefs and habitual ways of being, it is clear to a growing number of men and women alike that still have a long way to go to achieve the kind of parity, mutual understanding, genuine collaboration and willing cooperation between the genders that is needed at this critical time.

In this program, a group of accomplished and committed men and women will come together to conduct an honest sharing and active listening on the question of what men can do to advance the birth of the new story and contribute to giving birth to more conscious and harmonious relationships within and between the genders.

• Heidi Sparks Guber's work and research includes a strong focus on Emergent Learning  She is founding partner of Four Quadrant Partners and  Founding Chair of the Global Association of SoL Communities (Society for Organizational Learning)

• Celeste Krueger  is founder and President of Celeste Krueger & Associates U.S., Inc., a leadership and organizational development firm dedicated to helping people name their purpose and deliver it with passion

• Sedena Cappannelli Is an award-winning co-author of Do Not Go Quietly, internationally known consultant and wellness expert on health & wellbeing and women's empowerment.  She is the co-founder of AgeNation and Empower New Mexico, and the Co-Producer of The Ageless Living Television Series.  And a chanel director on WinWinWomen's Network

• Gabriela Masala Is a Consultant, Life Artist, Facilitator, Change Agent, Author, Director of Source Consulting Group.  Gabriela’s latest book is Everyday Magnificent. Practices To Activate An Unlimited Life.
