We have been highlighting events in the US Congress as the Senate and House finalize the wording of the National Defense Authorization Act and determine whether the UAP Disclosure Act will be part of it. In this session, Jim Garrison will provide a summary of the failure of COP 28 and discuss the implications of runaway climate change on world conditions.
