00:44:25    Natalie Tobert:    In 2010 - I wrote a letter to officials at the UN in Geneva, inviting them to organise a meeting of Truth and Reconciliation.  I felt as if a paradigm change was needed around mental health and hyper sensitivity.    Officials responded, but no meeting was held.   Does any one have any ideas how to promote a discussion with officials, and create social change.
