   I have been studying in depth the relationship between consciousness and environmental behavior and the process between the two is more complex than the old tendency to believe that they respond to a cause-effect relationship. In other words, we create awareness and we can be sure that people will behave in coherence with the awareness achieved. It is definitely not like that. The vast majority have a primary level about climate change, that is, they know it exists and that it is caused by human activity. Plus, studies show that the vast majority of the vast majority who say they are aware do not act consistently.
