In understanding the development of a rain drop or a snow flake, it is widely understood that a small particle, dust or something else, is central to the formation of each drop or flake.

I believe that it would be useful to identify what can act as those particles do in the case of the formation of a “storm” of civic dialogs.

I believe that stimulating civic dialogs, possibly millions of them is important. A Tsunami of conversations!

It might be really useful If these dialogs can be aimed and centered around the need for cooperation to address the issues faced by humanity in its relationship to the planet.

But what social or linguistic concept might act to fill the need for such a formative “particle” to “coagulate" the needed human interest required to form a conversation?

Could political campaigns act as "particles" to stimulate civic conversations which in turn affect public opinion?

What will happen when Responsive Campaigns start winning elections?
