Now Bonterra
Bonterra Solutions are an online, cloud-based customer relationship management platform that provide our customers, which include, corporations, nonprofit and political candidates, campaigns, and caucuses, the ability to effectively manage their philanthropic programs, donor or contributor base as well as conduct meaningful outreach activities (“Bonterra Solutions”). The primary Bonterra Platforms are EveryAction, CyberGrants, Network for Good, and Social Solutions, each with their own subset of Solutions offered thereunder. Each of Bonterra’s Solutions collects, processes, or stores information and data based on the applicable services under each Solution. Please visit the applicable Solution’s Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement for the specific terms and conditions. The Data Processing Agreement explains how we process your data and includes the European Union Standard Contractual Clauses. The applicable agreements for the UK include the international data transfer agreement and international data transfer addendum to the Standard Contractual Clauses. The Acceptable Use Policy contains the guidelines which apply to Customers’, Visitors’ and Contacts’ use of the Bonterra Solutions.
