	Complementing the analogy oft used on HR that we need more heart (and less head?) I offer, being a newbie on dialysis, the globe needs some kind of dialysis to reinforce global governing functions. Self-regulation by reforming our consumer mindset and carbon footprint; regulation of corporate interests to balance quarterly profits with large scale global equlibrium and equity goals.
