   covid treatment before hospitalization: vitamin C in mega doses, every 4 hours, immune boosters like elderberry extracts, zinc, etc etc.  and lung promotion, breathing deeply (belly breath), keeping upright or semi, even when sleeping, using peppermint, camomile, etc herbal teas to help clear the lungs.  This is what a responsible doctor instructs his patients staying at home.

   controlled study of over 8 thousand movement clients closely matched with 5 times as many non-movement clients, showed a decrease in health care costs of over $800 per year per person!  This was a 6 month study, over 5 years ago.  Spectacular!
