<big>We have evolved from nearly 14 billion years of evolution.  To survive and thrive, we have to live in integrity with reality that supplies our necessary life-support systems.   Two fundamental needs—healthy living and sustainable living—must be fulfilled for us to survive in the future.  Unfortunately, we have not consciously developed healthy and sustainable living, as our natural most important priorities.
As an example of this, we have developed a health care system in the modern world that prioritizes the sickness care component of the system.  Unfortunately, it substantially neglects our essential healthy living and sustainable living needs.  
Embedded in the following figure, we can awaken to our many untapped and undeveloped potentials for healthy and sustainable living.  We embody so many inherent capacities that we can now enliven to support our continued development and successful living.</big>
