There are many questions you can ask your body to unlock a wealth of information, spiritual guidance and inherent wisdom. It isn't hard once you get the hang of it! There are some repetitious patterns you can clear in the "meridian pairs" that hold basic "go to" emotions that you frequently react with that can be stuck as toxic behaviors. Mostly from fear and anger, but procrastination, distraction, victim mentality, inability to ask for help, inability to accept love, isolation, can all play a role in your life, inhibiting you to live your life fully with ease. "Core Talk" uses a pendulum in a unique way to access the information in your bioenergy field that your body is able to communicate with for deep healing. Find out the four basic questions to ask and witness the process to get your energy flowing again for more balance & vitality!

In order to heal, you need to change, and in order to change, you need to move. Movement is "Spirit in Motion", in Latin meaning 'I love you,' animation and energy. The process of "Tarot in Motion" is deceptively simple: create an intention, pull a Tarot card, and then create a dance. Combining Tarot card meanings and movement in a playful way allows problems on physical, mental, and emotional levels to be seen, (witnessed), and for healing to begin with fluidity. Get out of your head and into the body where there is a plethora of wisdom and ultimate freedom resides.
