'''[[Ananda Sirisena]]''' became a UFO investigator after a close sighting on 8th July 1964.

An account of my strange and unexpected experiences which led me to an investigation of Dr. '''[[George King]]''' and the metaphysical organization which he founded - '''The [[Aetherius Society]]'''. My meeting with King and the many questions I had for him about his claims of contact with extraterrestrial beings from within this Solar System and beyond, will be discussed. 

I studied the contactees of the 1950's and began a search for the claims about intelligences from other worlds having discourse with earthlings. I realized that several of the world's religious founders had stated that they were from other worlds. In particular this led me to a study of Buddhist cosmology and a continuous exploration of the myriad tales emerging from around the world of contact with Extra Terrestrial Intelligence (predating 1947) and continuing on to the present day, amidst a maelstrom of misinformation circulating among researchers and claimants.
